What Customers Say About Bare-Tool Milwaukee 6320-20 18-Volt Ni-Cad 6-1/2-Inch Cordless Metal Cutting Circular Saw (Tool Only, No Battery):

I'm now going to buy the Lithium-Ion batteries to enhance my bag of tools. Cuts through the metal like butter. What a great find. I was searching for a metal cutting blade for my Milwaukee 18V 6 1/2" saw when I found I could buy the "bare tool" saw and blade almost as cheap as I could buy the blade. I highly recommend this little saw. I purchased this for a demo project that involved cutting 5V tin from a roof. What a smart buy. This thing is awesome.

Concidering what I was cutting I can't complain about it. The only thing I was disapointed with was how fast the battery ran out of juice. The saw lives up to its name. I am impressed with what it can do.

Glad I did. Ultimately due to Tool King's higher positive rating here & on Ebay, I chose them. Like the other reviewer, I initally considered purchasing from DAMLOW PRICES as they were a few bucks cheaper than Tool King when you added in the shipping.

I initially bought one saw. Both shipments came with a saw, blade, safety glasses & believe it or not, a CASE. What can I say, it's a slick little unit and does what it claims to do.

No complaints at all with Tool King. BTW, The saws that I received from Tool King came with a 36 tooth 6-7/8" metal cutting blade that uses a 20mm arbor. But after pricing out what a spare blade would cost, I ordered up a second saw from Tool King.

It worked out as cheap, if not cheaper than buying the the blade by itself.

Since it didn't come in a "Milwaukee" box makes it me wonder how many other people have bought this same saw and returned it in its plain brown box. Please vote if this review was helpful. It is unlikely that I will ever buy anything from "DAMLOW PRICES" again. This vendor clearly shows the blade in the picture and clearly indicates that the battery doesn't come with it. Milwaukee makes great tools. My saw arrived today (June 1st) from "Tool King".

That is my experience, perhaps yours will be better. Every one of them came with a blade, what a concept. I sure wish I had the chance to read a review like this before ordering anything from "Damlow Prices" The vendor "DAMLOW PRICES" decided to remove the blade before shipping the saw to me. Now I have to pay to return the saw and I still have several thousand square feet of burned and twisted steel barn siding and roofing to deal with."DAMLOW PRICES" is the only vendor I have ever purchased from that removed the blade from a saw before shipping it as a bare tool.

When I ordered a "Bare tool" I only expected to get the saw and the blade. How can you call something a "metal cutting circular saw" if you don't ship the "saw" part of the tool with the motor. The product description states"Product DescriptionTool includes: 6 7/8" blade".Milwaukee makes great tools but this one is useless to me. This tool won't cut anything because the vendor "DAMLOW PRICES" shipped it to me without a blade. I have purchased Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita and even the cheap Denali cordless circular saws from various venders as "bare tools" and they always come with the blade.

34 x 52 pole parn burned down last week. I ordered a replacement from "Tool King". This makes for a first class package. They didn't sell me a saw. I assume all is well and will edit this if it is not. (I have 20 foot long metal roofing panels that I have to fit into a 18 foot long trailer).

I purchased this saw to cut up the huge pile of sheet metal scrap from the roof and side walls. I will take some photo's of this saw actually cutting metal and post them in the near future. The storage case and the safety glasses were a pleasant suprise. It came with a red plastic "Milwaukee" tool case that is large enough for the tool, has storage space for a spare blades and has room for a battery charger and spare battery (battery and charger not included). It was more than I expected. What a deal.

My experience is that I am out $33 and they get to sell this same saw to someone else and make even more money.

They sent me everything that "Milwaukee" sent to them.If you buy this from "Damlow Prices" you will not be able to cut anything with it because they don't ship the blade with the saw and if you ask them to supply the blade they won't, and then they will tell you to send it back at your own expense.

They sent me a refund that was $17 less than what I origionally paid them, so it only cost me $33 and I recieved nothing of value for it.

"Tool King" will be at the top of my list for future purchases.

They should advertize it as a High quality motor with a handle, because that is all they sold me.

It also came with the "Milwaukee" metal cutting blade (mounted in the blade storage area of the case, a pair of "Milwaukee" safety glasses, and the "Milwaukee" owners manual and product registration paper work sealed in plastic.

I have posted a photo of the 10 other "bare tool" circular saws that I have purchased from various vendors.

They are shipped from the manufacturer that way.

I have returned this tool to "Damlow Prices at a cost of $16 using the U.S Postal service.

No way - it's MUCH MUCH better than I could have imagined. Smooth cuts with few or no burrs.

Oh well, live and learn.BTW, I am using this with the V18 Lithium batteries. Why haven't I had one for 10 years.

I purchased this saw as a bit of an unknown. No fuss, no effort, NO SPARKS.

It was designed for NiCads, but is forward compatible. Seemed that it might be useful IF it worked as expected.

First cuts through 1.25 inch thick wall tubing.
